Visitors to the event were introduced to processes, technologies and equipment for digital transformation in agriculture, IoT-based environmental monitoring and control in the fields, and machine learning and analysis technology.
There were also drones to monitor crops' value chain and technology supporting agricultural management, biotechnology and automation mechanics.
Speaking at the opening ceremony, Nguyen Thi Kim Hue, Deputy Director of the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Science and Technology, Techmart 2024 aimed to promote the development of science and technology and foster the application of high-tech agriculture and post-harvest technology in the operation of enterprises in Ho Chi Minh City and neighbouring localities.
The event also provided a good opportunity for researchers and businesses to access digital transformation solutions in high-tech agriculture and post-harvest technology and promote the transfer and application of science and technology to improve productivity and create new high-quality products.
