The contest was launched in April 2021 under the theme ‘Skilling up Vietnam’ in the four categories of printed and online newspapers, and radio and television programmes.

At the award ceremony, the organising board presented four A, four B, eight C and 14 consolation prizes to the best entries in the four categories.

The winning entries stood out from the more than 300 submissions sent by journalists, teachers, and students across the country.

The entries covered various topics from the role of labour skills in social life, to socio-economic development, international integration, and the development of high-quality human resources in Vietnam.

They also proposed mechanisms and policies to develop labour skills and honoured typical individuals and collectives with high labour skills.
