The information was announced at the working session between Hemaraj and leaders of Nghe An province on May 4.
Hemaraj is studying to invest in the WHA Hemaraj 1 - Nghe An industrial zone project with a total area of over 2,000ha located at the Nam Cam Industrial Zone in Nghi Loc district, and in the WHA Hemaraj 2 - Nghe An industrial zone project with an area of nearly 1,160ha at the Tho Loc Industrial Zone in Dien Chau district.
At the working session, the two sides discussed the expenses for land clearance, the handover of cleared land to Hemaraj, and investment procedures, among others.
Hemaraj leaders agreed to invest in locations recommended by Nghe An authorities and build a detailed plan on the implementation of the projects in the province.
Meanwhile, leaders of Nghe An province pledged to create the best conditions for Hemaraj particularly in land clearance to help the company quickly carry out their projects.
Hemaraj said that they would complete investment procedures in Nghe An province in July this year.
On the same day, Hemaraj and the Civil Engineering Construction Corporation No. 4 (CIENCO4) signed an investment agreement on developing industrial zones at the Dong Nam economic zone in Nghe An province.
