Covering 4,500 sq.m, the annual fair attracted 250 enterprises including 150 Vietnamese companies and nearly 100 foreign companies from Russia, the Republic of Korea, China, Malaysia and Chinese Taipei.
The annual fair, the 23rd of its kind, features hundreds of booths showcasing equipment, machinery and technologies used for manufacturing, mining and chemical production, energy, as well as in support, processing and consumer industries.
New features of the 2014 fair include a display of a project to strengthen the enforcement of intellectual property rights in Vietnam, and a Vietnam - Russia scientific forum under the theme ‘Bilateral co-operation in science and technology, innovation and education’.
The fair, which runs until October 24, offers an ideal platform for participants to network, share experiences, and expand consumer markets.
