Invested by local real-estate FLC Group, the Nhon Ly Beach and Golf Resort complex covers an area of 300 ha adjacent to Eo Gio (Windy Strait) in Quy Nhon city’s Nhon Ly ward, where people can enjoy the most gorgeous sunsets in Vietnam on one of the most beautiful and scenic beaches in the central region.

FLC's Chairman of the management board Trinh Van Quyet said that the project includes an 18-hole golf course, a 5-star hotel with 600 rooms, 5-star standard villas, an international convention centre; and international standard restaurants, service facilities and swimming pools.

The project has a total investment of VND3.5 trillion (US$161 million), of which the Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam (BIDV) is financing 70% of the total investment capital.

The 18-hole golf course is expected to be completed by Q1 2016, followed by a 5-star hotel and beach villa cluster by the third quarter of 2016. Construction of the remaining facilities is scheduled to be finalised by Q2 2018.

Chairman of Binh Dinh provincial People’s Committee Ho Quoc Dung noted that the project is the 2nd tourism project to receive an investment licence in Nhon Hoi Economic Zone and is the 11th projects invested in the EZ.

The Nhon Ly resort project, once operational, will help lure investment for the province’s socio-economic development and tourism sector’s improvement, as well as to create jobs for locals, the province leader affirmed.
