The new plant, the first of its kind in Vietnam, was built at a total cost of US$3 million.
The plant specialises in manufacturing machinery details and spare parts for the steel sheet plating industry.
In addition, the company will also provide maintenance, repair and manufacture of industrial machinery for enterprises in Vietnam.
The plant has a production capacity of nearly 1,800 products per year and revenue of about JPY10 million per month.
In 2016, Osaka Fuji Vietnam is scheduled to continue to expand production and increase the capacity of the plant.
Japan currently has 203 investment projects in Dong Nai province with a total registered capital of nearly US$3.55 billion.
