The sixth International Plastics and Rubber Exhibition attracted 160 enterprises in Vietnam as well as enterprises from numerous other countries and territories around the world, including Austria, Italy, Germany, China, the Republic of Korea, Singapore and the United Kingdom.
On display are the latest innovations, technologies, materials, machines and equipment for plastics and rubbers industry.
The 11th International Processing and Packaging Exhibition (Propak Vietnam 2016) drew the participation of 350 enterprises from Vietnam and foreign countries such as China, Italy, Germany, Thailand, Chinese Taipei, the Republic of Korea and Singapore.
The exhibition was divided into four main areas: Processing and Packaging Equipment and Machinery; Packaging Materials and Accessories; Processing and Packaging Services; and Quality Control and Training.
A series of seminars and conferences on food safety, processing and packaging innovations, as well as trace chemicals monitoring, control and removal techniques in water used in food processing industry are being held on the sidelines of the event.
The exhibitions offer an opportunity for Vietnamese manufacturers to seek the latest products, solutions and technologies for the support industry.
In addition, through the events, both domestic and foreign enterprises can promote co-operation and expand their markets, contributing to improving the competitiveness of Vietnamese enterprises during the process of international economic integration.
