VFF President meets outstanding Vietnamese enterprises

President of the Vietnamese Fatherland Front (VFF) Tran Thanh Man chaired a meeting in Hanoi, on October 5, for the delegates from 60 outstanding Vietnamese enterprises, who will participate in a conference on connecting the ASEAN Business Community and the ASEAN Economic Community Forum: opportunities and challenges for Vietnamese enterprises in Singapore, Indonesia and Malaysia.

Addressing the meeting, VFF President Tran Thanh Man said that the conference and forum are an opportunity for Vietnamese businessmen and enterprises to raise awareness concerning Vietnam's international economic integration policies.

The events are also considered as a good opportunity to explore the international market, boost exports and imports, in addition to attracting foreign investment, as well as to quickly get up to speed with the trends in economic development of the other countries in the region and the world, he added.

He said that the forum is also a chance to acknowledge the achievements and development of Vietnam’s entrepreneurs and businesses, to encourage them to learn and improve the quality and efficiency of their labour, therefore contributing significantly to the development of the country.

The VFF President also expressed his hope that the businessmen and enterprises would to strive to build many brands, trademarks, products and services with prestige and quality in order to attract domestic consumers, expand their markets in the region, and contribute to promoting cooperation and friendship among the countries in the region.
