The VIFF is not only a trade promotion event but also a festival of the local fashion industry which gathers businesses operating in the textiles, footwear, jewellery and beauty care services from around the country.

Under the sponsorship of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, and the Ministry of Industry and Trade, the event is jointly organised by the Vietnam Exhibition and Fair Centre JSC (VEFAC) and Vietnam Textile and Garment Group (VINATEX), Vietnam Leather, Footwear and Handbag Association (LEFASO), and the Textile and Apparel Association (VITAS).

According to Le Tien Truong, General Director of the Vietnam Textile and Garment Group (VINATEX), the fair is an opportunity for businesses to introduce their new product lines to meet the customers’ demand for the upcoming Christmas and New Year.

The fair attracted nearly 150 exhibitors showcasing famous fashion brands in garment-textiles, leather footwear, and cosmetics and beauty care services across more than 200 stands. Renowned domestic garment and textile businesses, such as Nha Be, Viet Tien, Hanosimex, Duc Giang, Garment 10, Hoa Tho, and Phong Phu garment corporations, also attended at the event.

The event runs until December 26.
