Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee Luu Xuan Vinh asked the investor to mobilise resources in order to ensure the construction’s quality, labour safety and environmental hygiene.
He also ordered the company to set up recruitment plans and carry out its social responsibility.
Meanwhile, provincial departments, branches and authorities must create favourable conditions for the firm during the construction, as well as facilitating its operation and business activities in the locality.
