Vinamilk tops workplaces in Vietnam

Vinamilk has replaced Unilever on top of the list of Vietnam’s 100 Best Places to Work 2017, which was announced on March 22.

The company was followed by Nestle Vietnam, Viettel, Vietcombank, and Coca Cola.

Themed ‘Believing in Change’, the honouring ceremony brought together over 600 CEOs and HR managers from the leading companies in Vietnam.

Vingroup led the fields of cuisine - resorts, retail, and real estate - architecture.

The survey, jointly conducted by Anphabe Company and Intage Vietnam, was based on a number of criteria, such as salary, bonuses, welfare, professional development, culture and values, leadership, work-life balance, and company reputation.

The survey aims to provide a comprehensive overview of contemporary employee expectations, as well as help businesses to refine the incentives offered to attract staff and prove the importance of healthy working environments.

This year the survey attracted participants of experienced employees from 674 leading enterprises from 25 industries nationwide.
