The trip was made as part of the ADB President’s side-line activities in Da Nang, where he is attending the sixth Global Environment Facility Assembly (GEF 6).
He affirmed ADB’s continued participation in Da Nang’s entrepreneurial ecosystem, which includes support for the city’s business incubators and programmes helping global technology solution providers connect with local partners in order to scale up their technology.
The DNES is supported through the Mekong Business Initiative technical assistance and funded by the ADB and the Government of Australia.
The incubator provides hands-on support with learning, office space, mentorship and networking opportunities to entrepreneurs, including promoting green technology to address the city’s environmental challenges.
