The programme was co-organised by the investment, trade and tourism centres of Hanoi and Lam Dong province, as part of the activities to accelerate cooperation in agricultural trade promotion between Hanoi and other cities and provinces nationwide.

In his opening remarks, Nguyen Xuan Hung, director of Lam Dong’s promotion centre, stated that the farm produce week aims to raise awareness of safe products with clear origins among the capital’s consumers, while enabling consumers to differentiate Lam Dong’s farm produce from other localities’ products.

Through the event, the organising committee will select several outstanding farm products to attend the “Vietnamese Regional Specialties Fair 2018”, scheduled to be held at the Mega Mall Royal City in Hanoi from November 21 to 25, he said.
