Bao Minh textile factory inaugurated in Nam Dinh province

Bao Minh Textile Joint Stock Company inaugurated a textile factory at the Bao Minh industrial park in the northern province of Nam Dinh on October 30.

Covering an area of over 100,000 square metres, the factory was built from early 2017 with a total investment of over VND1.7 trillion (more than US$73 million).

Upon its completion, the factory will be one of leading woven fabric producers in Vietnam.

The project includes numerous aesthetic items including fabric weaving, dyeing and finishing workshops, a warehouse, power centre and offices.

The factory will use the most advanced equipment and technologies from famous brands around the world such as Fongs, Toyota, Otshoff-Singeing, Lafer, Staubli and Goller.

Bao Minh Textile Joint Stock Company provides over 35 million metres of high quality woven fabric for major fashion brands around the world every year.

The company’s turnover is estimated to reach over VND1.1 trillion (over US$47 million) per year for the 2018-2020 period and over VND2.1 trillion (nearly US$90 million) per year from 2020, creating jobs for more than 800 local people.
