The securities and public assets areas see the boldest reform with 36 and 23 administrative procedures streamlined respectively. Other areas with simplified or abolished procedures include State Treasury, tax, customs and insurance.

In order to quickly implement the simplification process, the Ministry of Finance is considering amending 11 legal normative documents.

With this reform, the number of administrative procedures under the management of the ministry has now fallen to 839, including 291 procedures in the tax area, 178 in customs and 148 in securities.

Besides further efforts to simplify current administrative procedures in the future, the Finance Ministry will strictly control the promulgation of new regulations and step up the application of IT in handling administrative procedures.
