Winners of Vietnam HR Awards 2018 honoured

A ceremony was held in Ho Chi Minh City on November 27 to honour winners of the Vietnam HR Awards 2018, in the presence of Deputy Minister of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs Nguyen Thi Ha.

According to Deputy Minister Nguyen Thi Ha the award not only honours the enterprises with outstanding strategies and manpower policies in Vietnam, but also creates a playground for enterprise community.

The awards hope to provide further opportunities for enterprises to exchange information and experiences and create a valuable foundation for the HR sector in Vietnam.

"Vietnam HR Awards 2018" has two categories, Outstanding HR Strategies and Effective HR Policies, with awards given to 12 companies in each category (24 total), including two "Best Companies" prizes and two prizes awarded by the Evaluation Council.

The outstanding businesses honoured at this year’s event are Olam Vietnam, Hoan My Medical Corporation, Mobile World, FPT, VietinBank, Techcombank, Novaland, FTV-Nokia Mannufacturing Secvice, Sun Life Vietnam, Nestle Vietnam, FrienslandCampina Vietnam, Unilever Vietnam and Bosch Vietnam.

According to the results of the three seasons of "Vietnam HR Awards," the award has created, and continues to create, more and more innovative models of corporate governance in the business community.

The award is not only convincing because of the way businesses apply and operate their policies more and more professionally, but also due to the impressive approach of more Vietnamese enterprises to international standards.

In addition, honored businesses will be an inspirational and motivating force for other enterprises in Vietnam in their efforts to raise the quality of human resources and sustainable development.
