At the session with the Ministries of Agriculture and Rural Development, Finance, Health, Natural Resources and Environment, and Science and Technology, the government official said that there remain circulars creating barriers to enterprises despite strong reforms carried out by ministries.

Minister Dung pointed out 14 contents causing difficulties for enterprises managed by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, five issues related to taxation managed by the Ministry of Finance, and others.

He reiterated the Prime Minister's direction that ministers need to promote the highest sense of responsibility to focus on handling barriers to enterprises in order to achieve the economic targets set for 2019.

The head of the working group also asked for more practical and prompt actions in administrative reforms through the issuance of legal documents to amend circulars under the authority of ministries.
In addition, Minister Dung directed ministries to report to the National Assembly and the Government about any contents that need to be revised.

Representatives from ministries, agencies and enterprises reached a consensus on the settlement of a number of issues that are affecting business and production activities.
