The requirement was made by Minister - Chairman of the government Office, Mai Tien Dung, during a working session in Hanoi on April 22 with six ministries, namely Industry and Trade, Natural Resources and Environment, Finance, Agriculture and Rural Development, Health, and Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs, discussing measures to lift difficulties and obstacles in mechanisms and policies for businesses.

Speaking at the meeting, Dung reaffirmed the determination of the Government and the Prime Minister in creating a breakthrough for the national economic growth in 2019. The Government and the Prime Minister always listen to enterprises and business associations’ suggestions, including 43 petitions proposed at the meeting yesterday.

He also urged the concerned authorities to drastically eliminate administrative barriers and legal gaps, while continuing to review and cut costs for businesses.

Emphasising the working spirit of listening from multiple perspectives, while ensuring the interests of enterprises, the growth target, the interests of the community and the objectives on State management, Minster Dung said that relevant ministries have been strictly implementing the Prime Minister's direction on solving difficulties for enterprises.

The issues discussed at the meeting will be gathered and reported to the nearest cabinet meeting for further discussion, he added.
