The outlet opened on September 7 in the presence of Vietnamese Ambassador Vu Quang Minh and Under-Secretary of State at the Cambodian Ministry of Commerce Sam Sereirath.

With annual economic growth averaging at 7%, Cambodia’s consumer demand for many products is also growing strongly.

In fact, Biti’s products have already been present in Cambodia since the early 2000s through a local company and have won local consumers’ confidence thanks to their high quality, attractive designs and affordable prices.

Aware of the potential for long-term business, Biti’s decided to establish a subsidiary company in Cambodia and open an official store in Phnom Penh.

Speaking at the inaugural ceremony, Ambassador Vu Quang Minh expressed his belief that the presence of Biti’s in Cambodia will contribute to the socio-economic development of both countries.

Biti’s currently employs more than 8,200 people, has four factories and seven business branches, manages 173 marketing stores and has more than 1,000 distribution outlets across Vietnam.
