Vietnamese businesses attend international food fair in Moscow

As many as 10 Vietnamese food businesses are showcasing their products at the international food and drink exhibition, WorldFood Moscow 2019, which opened in Moscow, Russia, on September 24.

The businesses brought various Vietnamese products to the four-day event, such as cashews, beer, coffee, juice, canned tuna, as well as other agricultural, forestry and fishery products.

WorldFood Moscow is a major exhibition serving the global food and drinks industry. Since its inception in 1991, it has grown to become the perfect platform for the promotion of new food and drink products in Russia.

Every year, the event connects thousands of businesses from around the world with Russia's key food and drink buyers, including retail representatives from Russia’s leading supermarket chains, wholesalers, and food manufacturers.

This year’s event gathers 1,762 exhibitors and 2,243 delegates from 65 countries around the world. It welcomed nearly 31,000 visitors on its opening day.
