The project, named Hoang Huy Commerce, has seen investment from the Hoang Huy Financial Services Investment Joint Stock Company.

The complex is being built on a total area of over 26,000 square metres.

Once completed, the project will provide 2,496 apartments across three 39-storey towers as well as technical infrastructure, social facilities and trees for people living in the apartment buildings and their surroundings.

The first phase of the project is expected to be completed in 2023.

The complex will gather many luxury facilities, contributing to the goal of developing Hai Phong into a civilised and modern urban area that will achieve the criteria of a first-class urban area in 2026 and meet the major criteria of a special urban area by 2030.
