Film screening to celebrate Party’s founding anniversary

A film screening programme will take place from January 26 to February 6, in celebration of the 92nd founding anniversary of the Communist Party of Vietnam (February 3, 1930-2022) and to welcome in the New Year.

The event is hosted by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism’s Cinematography Department, in coordination with the Vietnam National Documentary and Scientific Film Studio (DSF), the Vietnam Animation Joint Stock Company, local departments of culture, sports, tourism and information, as well as cultural and arts centres of localities across the country.

Films screened during the programme will include the feature film ‘Binh Minh Do’ (The Red Dawn), the documentary ‘Chi Khi Nguoi Cong San Viet Nam’ (Strong will of Vietnamese communists), and the cartoon ‘Nu Tuong Me Linh’ (The Heroines).

The screenings will be held in localities where the COVID-19 pandemic is under control and in line with all disease prevention and control regulations, as issued by the Ministry of Health.

In cases which it cannot be held as scheduled, the films will be introduced to the public during the next film screening event.
