Da Lab’s participation at the event was nominated by the organising board of Monsoon Music Festival (MMF), of which the general director was musician Quoc Trung, under the framework of the exchange programme between the MMF and Mu:Con.

Accordingly, the two sides have suggested to each other that their talented domestic artists perform on the stages of Mu:Con and the MMF.

In 2017, Mu:Con brought Korean rock band – Buriet to the MMF stage, while the project ‘Ban Nguyen’ (To the Core) by Vietnamese singer, Tran Thu Ha, was introduced to Korean audience thanks to MMF’s nomination.

Mu:Con is one of Asia’s leading music business markets hosted annually by the Korea Creative Content Agency, an agency under the Korean government’s Ministry of Culture, Sports, and Tourism (MCST), since 2011.

It focuses on the interaction and communication of the Asian and global music industries, with the participation of musical experts, representatives of musical festivals, and arts organisers from around the world.
