The two-day event promises to entertain children through various activities, including art performances, a fashion show, folk games, and a display of toys and gifts made by children’s clubs in Hanoi.

A children’s singing contest and an exhibition of the winning entries from a children’s painting competition will also be held under the framework of the festival.

The painting competition was co-hosted by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, the Ministry of Education and Training, and the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union Central Committee.

The 415 paintings on display at the exhibition were selected from over 55,000 entries that were sent in by schoolchildren and members of children’s cultural houses across the country.

The annual festival aims to realise the national action plan for children while also creating an entertainment and cultural venue for children during the summer.
