Vietnamese culture promoted at Winternational in Washington DC

Vietnamese culture has been promoted at the Winternational 2019, the 8th Annual Embassy Showcase, held in Washington DC on December 5 (local time).

The event, which showcased the cultural and culinary traditions of the diplomatic community in Washington DC, attracted the participation of 63 embassies and diplomatic missions.

The Vietnamese pavilion managed by the Vietnamese Embassy attracted a large number of visitors which featured a dynamic and hospitable Vietnam.

The pavilion showcased Vietnamese culture and tourism through fine arts, handicraft products, and visual art.

Visitors were also offered traditional Vietnamese dishes such as green bean cakes, tea and coffee.

This is the third consecutive year the Vietnamese Embassy in the US has participated in the Winternational, one of the most highly anticipated events among a series of cultural exchanges and tourism promotion events in Washington DC every New Year.
