Seven more special national heritages recognised

The Prime Minister has elected to recognise an additional seven special national heritages nationwide.

Accordingly, there were five historical and landscape heritages: Chi Lang relict site in Lang Son province’s Chi Lang district, Xuong Giang Victory site in Bac Giang province, Non Nuoc Mountain landscape in Ninh Binh province, Sam Son relic site in Thanh Hoa province, and Mu Cang Chai Terraced Field in Yen Bai province’s Mu Cang Chai district.

Two artichectural relics, which have been classified as national special relict sites, namely: Dai Phung Temple in Hanoi’s Dan Phuong district; and Hai Ba Trung Temple-Pagoda in Hai Ba Trung district, Hanoi.

The PM has asked the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism as well as People’s Committees of the localities owning the newly-recognised special national relic sites to boost the management of the relics in accordance with the State’s law on cultural heritage.
