The organisation of the event has been conducted as proposed by hosts Russia.

Under the theme ‘Two countries – One heart’, the programme will feature 16 performances honouring the land, people and army of Vietnam as well as the Vietnam – Russia comprehensive strategic partnership.

The team has coordinated with the Field Kitchen team to introduce participants at the event to three Vietnamese dishes, including nem (spring rolls), cha nuong (grilled pork), and banh troi (floating rice cakes).

Visitors to the event will also be invited to join Vietnam’s exciting bamboo pole dance.

Earlier, the team participated in the festival of national cultures entitled ‘Friendship without Borders’, which was held on August 25 as part of the Games. The Vietnamese military artists brought seven performances to the stage, praising the land and people of Vietnam and the glorious tradition of Vietnamese People’s Army.

Two members of the team have been invited to join the 60-member orchestra to perform at the closing ceremony of the Games.
