Exhibition marks 110th anniversary of Uncle Ho’s departure to find the path to liberate the nation

More than 600 materials of books and newspapers on display at the exhibition help visitors better understand the life and revolutionary career of President Ho Chi Minh.

NDO – An exhibition has been organised at the National Library of Vietnam to mark 110 years since President Ho Chi Minh left the country to find a way to save the nation.

More than 600 books and newspapers are on display at the exhibition to help visitors better understand the life and revolutionary career of President Ho Chi Minh, from his childhood days in Sen village to the year he left the country to find a way to save the nation in 1911.

The exhibition also highlights the great contribution made by President Ho Chi Minh to the Vietnamese revolution, and the communist and international workers’movements, as well as his values, ideology, moral example and wisdom.

The day Uncle Ho left to find a way to save the country is considered a milestone of the nation's history. Ho Chi Minh Thought has been and will continue to shine and guide the Vietnamese people to realise their goal of wealthy people, strong country, and democratic, equal and civilised society.

The exhibition is scheduled to run until June 15.
