The event featured the participation of photographers who are members of the Vietnam Fine Arts Association (VFAA) and Literature and Arts Associations in the cities and provinces of Da Nang, Quang Nam, Quang Ngai, Binh Dinh, Phu Yen, Khanh Hoa, Dak Lak, Dak Nong, Gia Lai and Kon Tum.
On display are 172 paintings, graphic works, sculptures and installations in different mediums, such as oils, lacquers, silks, acrylics, wood and stone, which were selected from over 1,800 entries.
The exhibits are outstanding, highly aesthetic and creative works that met the criteria of composition, lines, light, and content.
They vividly depict the human life, production, labour, COVID-19 prevention and control as well as the typical buildings, cultural festivals and art forms of ethnic groups living in the south central and central highland regions.

The exhibition offered an opportunity for photographers and artists from ten provinces and cities in the region to introduce their new works to the public and exchange their experiences.
The event is also expected to contribute to conveying meaningful messages of preserving and promoting the traditional cultural values of all ethnic groups.
The exhibition, as part of activities to celebrate the 77th anniversary of Vietnam People’s Army (December 22) and welcome the new year 2022, will last until December 22.
