The event is co-organised by the Department of Fine Arts, Photography and Exhibition under the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, in collaboration with Vincom Centre for Contemporary Art (VCCA).

The exhibits were created by 24 painters and 21 sculptors across country, those of the generations born in the 1970s until recently, who have gained certain success in the development of silk paintings and small-sized sculptures.

Painter Vi Kien Thanh, Head of the Department of Fine Arts, Photography and Exhibition, said that amidst a multi-perspective life of arts, the exhibition is expected to contribute to the preservation and development of silk paintings and sculpture in Vietnam while introducing the public to the sophisticated creativity and innovative ideas of participating artists.

It will run until November 17 at VCCA’s headquarters, B1 floor, R3 block, Vincom Megamall Royal City, 72 Nguyen Trai Street, Thanh Xuan District.
