The exhibition is showcasing 162 paintings, graphic works, sculptures and installations by 142 artists, who are the members of the Vietnam Fine Arts Association (VFAA) and Literature and Arts Associations in the cities and provinces of Quang Nam, Da Nang, Quang Ngai, Binh Dinh, Phu Yen, Khanh Hoa, Kon Tum, Gia Lai and Dak Lak.

The displayed works created with oils, lacquers, silks, acrylics, carved paint and synthetic paint, together with sculptures composed of wood, stone, metal and composites, depict the diverse human life of groups living in highlands and coastal regions.

The exhibition, which is scheduled to run until August 22, is held to mark the 74th anniversary of the August Revolution (August 19) and National Day (September 2).

The event also aims to create an opportunity for artists to introduce their new works to the public and exchange experience.
