Photo exhibition highlights Vietnam’s Covid-19 prevention and control

More than 100 photos highlighting Vietnam’s Covid-19 prevention and control are being showcased at an exhibition which officially opened in Hue City in the central province of Thua Thien – Hue on July 17.

The exhibits are divided across five themes: “anti-epidemic steering”, “Vietnam joins the fight against the pandemic”, “Education during the outbreak of the epidemic”, “Health sector – the front line in Covid-19 combat”, and “The people respond to the prevention and control of epidemic”.

In addition, the exhibition features several photos reflecting Thua Thien – Hue Province’s efforts in Covid-19 prevention and control.

The Vietnam Association of Photographic Art has called for photographers and photo reporters nationwide to send their works on life during the period of the Covid-19 outbreak to the exhibition.

The organising board has so far received 2,748 photos by 406 photographers from 52 provinces and cities around the country.

The event will run until July 19. Following the exhibition in Thua Thien – Hue Province, the exhibits will be displayed in the southern region.
