Accordingly, the Permanent Deputy PM urged ministries and sectors to focus on effectively carrying out tasks and solutions to promote the NSW and the ASW, reform specialised inspections for imported and exported goods and facilitate trade in the final months of 2022.
The Ministry of Finance shall assume the prime responsibility for, and drastically urge ministries and branches to implement tasks according to Decision No. 1254/QD-TTg dated September 26, 2018, on the Action Plan to promote the NSW and the ASW, reforming specialised inspections for export and import goods and facilitating trade for the 2018-2020 period, and Decision No.1258/QD-TTg dated August 17, 2020, of the Prime Minister Government amending and supplementing Decision No.1254/QD-TTg dated September 26, 2018, to urgently submit to the Government for promulgation a Decree on connection and information sharing in the field of export, import and transit of goods.
Ministries, sectors and agencies shall focus on speeding up the implementation of tasks under Decision No.1254/QD-TTg and Decision No. 1258/QD-TTg, while urgently preparing an Action Plan to implement the NSW, promote the logistics industry and facilitate trade, organise the supervision of the implementation of administrative procedures by the attached agencies, including measure the time to settle administrative procedures and publish the results of monitoring and measurement on the National Single Window.
