Despite an unimpressive start, U-17 SLNA created 45 minute explosion in the second half with five straight goals to come from behind and soundly defeat DTLA 7-2.
The resounding victory earned SLNA their seventh championship title. DTLA were the runners-up, while the two losers of the semi-finals, Hoang Anh Gia Lai and hosts Thua Thien-Hue, shared third prize.
With five goals, Tuan Tai from SLNA was named top scorer, while his teammate Dinh Chau earned the title of best player. Best goalkeeper went to Vinh Phu from DTLA.
