In response to the nationwide programme of planting one billion trees during 2021-2025, Dien Bien province has planted 100 cherry trees in Pa Khoang commune, Dien Bien Phu city, while mobilising local ethnic minorities to actively respond to the programme and plant on green barren land in Dien Bien.
