Politburo member, Director of Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics and Chairman of the Central Theoretical Council Nguyen Xuan Thang attended the launching of a tree planting festival in Dinh Hoa District, Thai Nguyen Province, on February 24. On the same day, he also held a working session with the provincial leaders and paid homage to President Ho Chi Minh at the memorial site in Phu Dinh Commune.
