The People’s Committee of the northern mountainous province of Dien Bien organised a ceremony at Dien Bien Phu City High School on January 13 to receive 5,000 tablets and 5,000 4G sim cards that were donated by the Lien Viet Post Joint Stock Commercial Bank and Viettel Dien Bien to support needy students in the province.
