A programme to support people in need during the upcoming Lunar New Year (Tet) holiday, was launched by the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the northern province of Thai Nguyen, from December 29, 2021 to January 24, 2022. Benefactors, units and organisations have provided over 36,000 Tet gifts, worth 34 billion VND, to the programme.
