No new case of COVID-19 in past 12 hours

No new case of COVID-19 was reported in Vietnam in the past 12 hours, leaving the number of infections at 288 as of 6pm on May 12, according to the National Steering Committee for COVID-19 Prevention and Control.

On May 12, three relapsed patients were given the all clear. A total of 252 COVID-19 patients in the country have successfully recovered, and there has been no death.

Among the remaining 36 patients who are receiving treatment, 16 have tested negative for SARS-CoV-2 at least once.

The number of people under quarantine is 11,929.
