More than 300 health workers of Viet Duc hospital head to Ho Chi Minh City for COVID-19 fight

Before their departure, many doctors and nurses decided to cut their hair short to make it more convenient for wearing protective gear and taking care of COVID-19 patients.

At a meeting on August 5 with the medical staff, Director of Viet Duc Hospital, Dr. Prof. Tran Binh Giang stressed that their trip is a difficult, arduous, and dangerous task, but it is also very glorious at the same time.

All of the medical workers received their full two shots of COVID-19 vaccines and had negative coronavirus tests result before leaving for Ho Chi Minh City.
