NDO – With just 40 days to go until the start of the 31st Southeast Asian Games (SEA Games 31), members of the Vietnamese weightlifting team in the northern region are actively practising at the National Sports Training Centre in Hanoi, with strong determination to bring home gold medals.

Competing in their home country generates both motivation and pressure for the athletes, particularly Vietnamese weightlifters, who will have to face fierce competition from strong opponents like Thailand, Indonesia and the Philippines.
