Press exhibition praises resistance war against invasion in Quang Tri

Eighty-one photos and 50 press documents and artifacts are on display at an exhibition in the central province of Quang Tri, featuring the feats of Vietnamese army and people, especially in the locality, during the resistance war against invasion and the national construction cause.

The exhibition officially opened in Dong Ha City, Quang Tri Province, in the presence of member of Party Central Committee (PCC) and Editor-in-chief of Nhan Dan Newspaper Le Quoc Minh, who is also Deputy Head of the PCC’s Commission for Communication and Education and Chairman of Vietnam Journalists’ Association.

The exhibits contribute to honouring and promoting the values of historical events as well as inspiring national patriotism among people.

Many press documents and artifacts are being displayed at the exhibition.

Vice Chairman of Quang Tri provincial People’s Committee Hoang Nam presents the first prize to the author with the most outstanding press work.

Ha Minh Hue, former Vice Chairman of Vietnam Journalists’ Association, presents an award to the second-prize winner.

The third-prize winners are honoured.
