Celebrating New Year and the Party’s 90th anniversary with brilliant flowers, flags

All the streets of the capital city have been decorated with flamboyant flowers and flags to celebrate the Lunar New Year 2020 and the 90th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of Vietnam. The bustling atmosphere is flooding everywhere in Hanoi to welcome the new spring.

Ornamental plant pots of peach blossoms and kumquat have been placed along the Hung Vuong Street to create a highlight for the Ba Dinh Square area.

Many flower carpets have been created to beautify the Hoan Kiem Lake area and streets such as Hoang Van Thu, Dinh Tien Hoang, Tran Khat Chan, and others.

Nhat Tan peach trees are in full bloom at all parks and gardens.

Large panels have also been installed to celebrate the 90th anniversary of the Party’s foundation and the Lunar New Year 2020.
