Order and peace in Hanoi

Despite the complicated situation of the Covid-19 epidemic and the fact that Hanoi is leading the country with the highest number of infection cases, the capital city’s peace and order has been maintained thanks to the regular and close guidance and the drastic actions of authorities at all levels as well as the people’s unanimity.

Quarantine areas have been prepared carefully to receive Vietnamese citizens from foreign countries. All functional forces and volunteers have been mobilised. In addition, disinfection, body temperature measurement, sample collection and testing have been urgently implemented.

During the Covid-19 outbreak, the daily life of Hanoi residents, from the markets to streets, still continues but is less exciting and bustling, because people are obeingy the government’s recommendations. More beautiful gestures, activities and good examples have appeared.
