H’Mong people welcome Tet Festival

Living mainly in the northern mountainous region and also in the Central Highlands, the H’Mong ethnic minority people have their own language and traditional cultural identity. The 12th lunar month is considered the most exciting season in the year.

On the occasion, H’Mong people busily prepare everything to welcome the Tet (Lunar New Year) Festival. Various festivals and entertainment activities take place during the month. The villages celebrate their traditional Tet festival on three first days of the month and until the middle of the month. By the end of the lunar month, the H’Mong people continue to welcome Lunar New Year Festival along with the Kinh people.
