Lawmakers scrutinise two draft laws on October 26

The National Assembly is scheduled to discuss the draft Law on Mobile Police and the draft Law amending and supplementing several articles of the Law on Intelligence Property during its ongoing second plenary session on October 26.

The draft Law on Mobile Police includes five chapters and 31 articles, stipulating seven task groups of mobile police in accordance with the Ordinance on Mobile Police.

Meanwhile, the draft Law amending and supplementing several articles of the Law on Intelligence Property supplements 12 articles, revises 80, and removes two ones. After the revision, the Law on Intelligence Property will have 232 articles.

The Ministers of Public Security, and Science and Technology will clarify several issues raised by NA deputies.
