NA Office asked to clearly define its mission, vision, and working motto

NDO - The Office of the National Assembly held a conference in Hanoi on December 31, in the presence of NA Chairman Vuong Dinh Hue, to review its performance in 2021 and deploy tasks in 2022.

In 2021, the NA Office has successfully completed its tasks with many outstanding achievements. The Office promptly advised and served the implementation of the Resolution of the 13th National Congress of the Party, the revision of the 2016-2021 term of the NA, and the successful organisation of meetings of the 15th NA; as well as coordinated in advising and serving the successful organisation of the election of deputies to the 15th NA and People's Councils at all levels for the 2021-2026 tenure.

In addition, the consulting and service for legislative activities continued to be improved in a more professional manner and promptly handled arising issues, ensuring quality and progress.

Addressing the conference, NA Chairman Vuong Dinh Hue stated that in 2021, with a large workload and high requirements for quality, but with a spirit of initiative, solidarity and high efforts, the NA Office overcame difficulties, successfully completed the task of advising and serving according to the schedule, programme and plan, thus ensuring quality and efficiency.

The top legislator asked the Office to continue to promote patriotic emulation movements on the basis of doing a good job in building a clean and strong party, while studying and following the example and morality of President Ho Chi Minh.

In addition, it is necessary to review the functions and tasks, clearly define the mission, vision and working motto in the current context in order to do better as an advisory and policy-making central agency, he noted.
