NDO – Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh led a working delegation to attend a ceremony marking the 60th anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh’s visit to Tien Hai district, Thai Binh province (March 26, 1962-2022) and the inauguration of the locality’s memorial site dedicated to President Ho Chi Minh.
