NDO - On the morning of May 23, Party and State leaders along with members of the 15th National Assembly paid tribute to President Ho Chi Minh at his mausoleum prior to the opening of the third plenary session.

At 7:15 in the morning, the delegation headed out from the National Assembly Building to lay a wreath at the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum..

The wreath carries a line expressing gratitude to President Ho Chi Minh’s great contributions to the nation.

President Nguyen Xuan Phuc, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh, National Assembly Chairman Vuong Dinh Hue as well as other Party and State leaders and National Assembly deputies commemorate President Ho Chi Minh.

Many deputies wear their traditional ethnic costumes on the opening day of the 15th National Assembly’s third plenary session.
