Head of PCC’s Commission for Internal Affairs meets Lam Dong voters

Politburo member, Secretary of the Party Central Committee (PCC) and Head of the PCC’s Commission for Internal Affairs, Phan Dinh Trac and National Assembly deputies from Lam Dong province held a meeting with local voters in Bao Loc city and Di Linh commune, Lam Dong province on June 19.

At the meetings, the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Lam Dong Provincial National Assembly deputies Tran Dinh Van reported to voters on the results of the last session.

At the meetings, voters highly appreciated the results of the third session of the 15th National Assembly and the activities of the National Assembly deputies from Lam Dong province over the past time. Many voters said that the session has many innovations, with openness and transparency being very high, as reflected in the questioning sessions at the parliament; which demonstrated the National Assembly's drastic actions in implementing resolutions to restore socioeconomic status after the COVID-19 pandemic.

At the same time, voters proposed several contents related to the issue of policies to support businesses and people after the COVID-19 pandemic, management of medical examination and treatment service prices for health insurance; policies towards ethnic minorities and the elderly; environmental pollution treatment; inadequacies in textbook innovation; agricultural land use issues; and solutions to ensure traffic safety on Highway 20.

On behalf of NA deputies of Lam Dong province, Phan Dinh Trac acknowledged and praised the recommendations of local voters and explained the issues of their concerns.

He noted that after the meeting with voters, the provincial NA delegation must transfer the voters’ opinions to relevant agencies as well as the NA to promptly respond to voters.

Phan Dinh Trac and leaders of Lam Dong province give gifts to policy families and poor households in Dai Lao commune, Bao Loc city.

At the contact points, Mr. Phan Dinh Trac and the National Assembly deputies of Lam Dong province gave 40 gifts and 1,000 cartons of milk to policy families, poor households and students with difficult circumstances throughout the locality.
